The personal information that you enter when purchasing a ticket/s via Eventbrite to an event is sent directly and securely to our customer database and will not be used for any other purpose than for us to contact you by email about The Oxford Trust or Science Oxford for administrative purposes for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
