These terms and conditions are for The Oxford Trust and Science Oxford events only. We cannot take responsibility for third party / external events and bookings.
Refunds for our events will be given under the following conditions:
- If you notify us more than 5 working days before the event.
- If you notify us within 5 working days and up to 24 hours before the event, we will issue a refund but ONLY if an event is sold out.
- Any cancellations within 24 hours of an event will not be refunded.
Booking Transfer Policy
For selected events (e.g. Maker Club, Saturday Science Clubs, Creative Computing Clubs) you can transfer your booking time or event yourself if booked through Eventbrite. If you are unable to attend and the refund notification period has passed, you may be able to transfer your booking to a different event. You may need to pay any additional costs.
This applies to students, under 18s and over 65s.
The activity will have been designed with the age guideline in mind. Children outside of the guideline can usually be accommodated, but please get in touch to confirm.

There are no public parking facilities at the Oxford Centre For Innovation. For Saturday Clubs and other workshops and events held at the centre, you can park at the Worcester Street car park nearby or visit here for more information. You can also use the Park and Ride, or we are near Oxford Train Station – see Oxford City Council Travel Information.
