Established in 2005, The Oxford Trust Enterprise Awards recognise and celebrate the breadth of innovative companies and individual science entrepreneurs working in the region. Over the past 12 years, around 40 individuals and businesses have won an Enterprise Award.
We are delighted to announce that the 2017 awards will take place on 20th June at The King’s Centre on Osney Mead in Oxford. The awards are run in partnership with Venturefest Oxford that runs an annual event to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs and investors.
The awards support entrepreneurs who are just starting out on their journey to success, ranging from those involved in ground-breaking life sciences and cutting-edge engineering to boundary-pushing digital technologies. They also reward established businesses who have made an impact on the regional economy.
The awards are generously supported by Barclays, Triteq and Marks & Clerk. The award categories are:

“I’m delighted to have won the Barclays Young Entrepreneur of the Year award because it will assist in taking Bibliotech to the next level. Endorsement from an organisation like the Oxford Trust makes customer acquisition, recruiting, getting press and investment much easier. “
Dave Sherwood, Bibliotech
“The awards were excellent and felt more like a group of entrepreneurs coming together to eat and chat rather than a formal event. At lot of excellent contacts were made and we were able to reward and recognize the people that will drive technology and enterprise in Oxfordshire over the coming years.”
John Boyle, Chairman, The Oxford Trust
