Michelle plays a key role within The Oxford Trust as associate director of operations, supporting the delivery of the Trust’s innovation programme and the day to day operations of its two Oxford innovation centres. She works closely with the team to ensure that science and technology start ups have the environment, support and infrastructure they need to grow and succeed.
With 15 years of experience in the innovation sector, Michelle brings extensive knowledge of Oxford’s science and technology ecosystem. She joins from Oxford Innovation, where she was centre manager at Harwell Innovation Centre, building strong relationships with founders, partners and stakeholders across the community.
