The Oxford Trust is looking for an Associate Director of Operations to join our senior leadership team. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen the charity’s core operations and infrastructure, supporting our mission ‘to encourage the pursuit of science’.
Working closely with the Director of Innovation and Operations and our managing agents, Oxford Innovation, you will lead on the management of our two innovation centres – the Wood Centre for Innovation and the Oxford Centre for Innovation – and wider Trust estates, which includes 15 acres of natural landscape. You will also oversee IT systems, data compliance and information management. You will maintain key relationships with partners and service providers, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and play a vital role in driving innovation and efficiency across the organisation.
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative leader with proven experience in operations and site management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and STEM.
