At the Wood Centre for Innovation, we offer a wide range of flexible office spaces, technical workspace and lab combinations in our Linden and Aspen buildings to suit you now and as you grow. Our licence and lease agreements from six months are flexible too. And with business and admin support built in, it gives you more time to focus on growing your business.

Our sister centre

Oxford Centre for Innovation

Our sister centre, the Oxford Centre for Innovation, is based at Blue Boar Court on Alfred Street in central Oxford. The centre also has affordable work and meeting spaces for start-up and early stage companies specialising in science and technology, close to the University of Oxford’s science facilities, the Said Business School and social entrepreneurship centres. Facilities at our city centre site are available to all companies working in our centres.
