Wood Centre for Innovation (WCFI)

Named after our patrons, the WCFI has just opened at Stansfeld Park in Headington Quarry. The innovation centre provides 25,000 sq-ft of office space for start-up and grow-on companies working in science and technology. It capitalises on the site’s proximity to the city’s fast-growing health and data sciences quarter, centred on the University of Oxford’s Old Road campus, clinical research facilities at the local hospitals and Oxford Brookes University. Set in 18-acres of beautiful woodland, the centre adjoins the new Science Oxford Centre and  includes a 100-seat flexible theatre available for conferences, a café, and an outdoor eating area.

The centre is now open and, like OCFI, is managed by Oxford Innovation, the UK’s leading operator of innovation centres. There is more information on the WCFI website here. Alternatively, you can download our WCFI Brochure. If you are interested in office space at the new centre, contact Centre Director Mike Foster on [email protected] or call the Oxford Innovation team on 01865 261400 to find out more and book a tour.
