The Oxford Trust’s new Aspen Building at the Wood Centre for Innovation has been given the green light by Oxford City Council’s planning committee.

It will deliver a total of 16,684 sq ft (1550 sq m) over two floors to provide flexible CL II laboratory and office space for science and technology start-ups. In addition, it will include a new STEM resources and preparation room to support the increase in demand for Science Oxford’s outreach delivery to schools across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire as well as local communities.

The Aspen Building will enable The Oxford Trust to further its mission and support ground-breaking scientific research and education in STEM.
