These terms and conditions are for The Oxford Trust and events run by our Science Oxford team. We cannot take responsibility for third party / external events and bookings.

COVID-19

If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or are in a vulnerable group, please stay at home, your tickets can be transferred to another day or refunded.

Refunds

For most of our events you can transfer your booking time or event yourself if booked through Eventbrite. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.

Under exceptional circumstances, such as COVID-19, we offer refunds if you require cancellation of your tickets because you are no longer able to attend and cannot transfer to another day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the Eventbrite fee charge associated with your booking.

In general, refunds for our events will be given under the following conditions:

• If you notify us more than 5 working days before the event.
• If you notify us within 5 working days and up to 24 hours before the event, we will issue a refund but ONLY if an event is sold out.
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of an event will not be refunded.

Concessions

This applies to students, under 18s and over 65s.

Age suitability

The activity will have been designed with the age guideline in mind. Children outside of the guideline can usually be accommodated, but please get in touch to confirm.

Parking

There are parking facilities at the Science Oxford Centre in Headington but check availability for each event on booking.
